6061 H16 Aluminum plate is are magnesium and silicon, which has moderate strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability and good oxidation effect. It contains a small amount of Cu, so the strength is higher than 6063, but the quenching sensitivity is also higher than 6063, after extrusion can not achieve wind quenching, need to re-solution treatment and quenching aging, in order to obtain higher strength. 6061 aluminum alloy contains 0.4-0.8 silicon, 0.7 iron, 0.15-0.4 copper, 0.15 manganese, 0.8-1.2 magnesium, 0.04-0.35 chromium, 0.25 zinc, 0.15 titanium, and a residual amount of aluminum. The tensile strength of 6061 aluminum alloy is ≥180Mpa, yield strength is ≥110Mpa, elongation is ≥14%, widely used in the manufacture of trucks, building, ships, trams, furniture, mechanical parts, precision machining, industrial materials and other fields.
